Community Rooms
Platte Valley Bank-Scottsbluff have available two community meeting rooms or one large room, depending on your needs and attendance. The rooms are located on the second floor of the Platte Valley Bank building. They are easily accessible by entering through the North entrance of the bank building and taking the elevator.

The rooms are located on the second floor of the Platte Valley Bank building. They are easily accessible by entering through the North entrance of the bank building and taking the elevator.
The Pioneer Room seats:
40 people – auditorium style
24 people - classroom style
The Prairie Room seats:
56 people – auditorium style
40 people – classroom style
When using both rooms:
136 people – auditorium style
80 people – classroom style
Community Room Usage Policy
Supplies for Meetings
- Can schedule only two months ahead of time.
- Limit two (2) days combined per month.
- Food can be brought in, but no cooking.
- Deposit fee of fifty dollars ($50) required, if food is served. Returned if cleaning not needed.
- No alcohol.
- Card parties for Ambassador Club groups if Ambassador Club Room is too small. Ambassador Club member should make arrangements with Club Director and be in attendance. (Subject to change if needed.)
- No religious services.
- No direct sales or solicitation meetings!

- Projector / dry marker...presentation screen
- Dry markers.
- 25” portable TV/VCR with cart.
- Tables and chairs.
- Extension cords.

Platte Valley Kitchen
The Platte Valley Kitchen is available when using Prairie Room, or when using both the Prairie and Pioneer Rooms. There is a 100 cup coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, insulated coffee servers and table server for 100, if needed.
The community rooms are available on hourly, half day, full day or full day plus extended hour basis, when not being used for bank related meetings. You can make reservations with our Platte Valley Bank receptionist at 1212 Circle Dr, Scottsbluff by stopping in or calling.
