Walden, CO: Platte Valley Financial Service Companies, Inc. Currently In Process of Acquiring Colorado Bank
Platte Valley Companies is very pleased to announce the expansion of their market into the State of Colorado. It is anticipated that the Walden acquisition of North Park State Bank and its branching into Meeker and Steamboat Springs areas will be completed by July 1, 2004. Branching in Hayden, CO is expected sometime in late 2004 or early 2005. The new name of the banks will be Mountain Valley Bank.
